This is currently the fastest form of communication in regards to any questions if you are trying to get product info or sizing information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, R.E.A.D.Y by Ronnie Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the items is delivered to the shipping carrier. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We currently offer USPS shipping. After your order is placed processing time is 2-3 days depending on product.
(Priority Mail) 2-4 Business days for delivery
(2nd Day Express) 1-2 Business days for delivery
REFUNDS
R.E.A.D.Y by Ronnie currently does not give refunds. All sales are FINAL. If you need to contact us in regards to your order, please email readybyronnie@gmail.com. We currently offer exchanges or store credit within 7 business days after order is received. Buyer must email immediately within 2 days after order is received for return instructions. Items must have tags and be in same condition as received in originally packaging. If we find any defects on the merchandise or any signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. No exchanges or credit on Sale items (Note: Shipper is responsible for all shipping cost to return items)
